The purpose of Ramah Elementary is to educate children to become independent problem-solvers, critical-thinkers, and life-long learners who will have a positive impact on their communities and the world. Also by:

  • implementing positive behavior interventions and supports
  • getting to know our students and their families
  • working together to support and ensure the academic success of our students, including social, emotional, psychological, and physical well-being
  • creating and maintaining a structured, disciplined, and thriving learning environment where students feel safe to take risks and ask questions
  • using effective strategies to build and develop student’s creativity, imagination, compassion, critical thinking, logic, writing, communication, listening, reading as well as technological, mathematical, historical, and scientific inquiry
  • recruiting and engaging community volunteers who can provide extra support
  • creating events where students can actively participate to improve their communities
